Because either the projectile will wanish on end of the track or hit a wall, and walls dont proc it. Vaal Molten strike does but Vengeance Cascade doesn't work with it in testing. Sorry it took a while to update, but with the changes to "Vengeant Cascade", and with no first hand experience with how "Returning Projectiles Support" would work, I didn't know if the build would still be viable or notSupports attack skills.
